Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
In its original condition
With all tags and original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:
Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Customized or made-to-order items
Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
Return requests made after 10 days from delivery
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos of the product with your order details.
After reviewing the case, we may offer an exchange, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation and product availability.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Return delivery fees may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the order was delivered correctly and the customer wishes to return or exchange it, the customer may be responsible for any return or exchange delivery costs.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed after receiving and checking the returned item.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made through the original payment method when possible, or through another agreed method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be arranged by cash transfer or another available method.
For Whish Money payments, refunds may be processed through Whish Money after confirmation.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size, color, or item is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit, or a refund.
